Please be advised that due to inclement weather GCT NY (NYCT) will close our inbound gates at 1:30 PM today.

Due to current weather conditions and future forecast the decision has been reached to halt inbound processing immediately at APMT. Every effort will be made to service all truckers currently on terminal. Free-time on all import deliveries will be extended one day. We plan on re-opening tomorrow morning at 0600 hrs.

 





Due to the deteriorating weather conditions Maher will be closing their truck line operations at 12 noon today. They will process the remaining trucks on terminal and plan to resume operations at 6:00 a.m. Should there be any changes they will notify you accordingly via burst email and the Maher website.




Due to the weather, SEALINK offices will close at 11:00 am this morning.




Due to worsening weather conditions, PNCT will be shutting off the truck line effective immediately.  They will attempt to service all trcuks that are already on line.           




With the impending winter storm forecasting significant freezing rain and the potential for 4-8 inches of snowfall, RHCT Port Newark will be closed tomorrow Thursday March 5th due to safety concerns. The Brooklyn terminal will be open regular hours. Please be guided accordingly.

With the impending winter storm forecasting significant freezing rain and the potential for 4-8 inches of snowfall, APM Terminals will now have a delayed opening on Thursday March 5th. We will be opening on Thursday, March 5th at 08:00AM. We will provide further updates if necessary Thursday morning.

With the impending winter storm forecasting significant freezing rain and the potential for 4-8 inches of snowfall, APM Terminals will be closed on Thursday March 5th. All containers within free time as of Thursday, March 5th will be extended by one day. The terminal will re-open Friday, March 6th at 06:00AM.





The Port of New York and New Jersey region has yet another winter storm bearing down on us.  As with other storms this season, there is a large amount of uncertainty in the forecast.  At this time, all container terminals with the exception of APMT are planning to open at their normal time and work a full day, conditions permitting.  In order to adequately plow the port roadways and minimize hazardous driving conditions, it is essential that there be no queuing on the public roadways.   Truck drivers should plan accordingly and follow the direction of PAPD. 





Due to a train derailment Calcutta St is in single lane operation.  Please follow cone line and Port Authority Police directions . The estimated cleanup operation should be completed by 1100 hours today . Thank you 




Please be advised that we have been experiencing sporadic terminal operating system issues impacting the timely processing of both inbound, and outbound gate moves. Currently, the inbound processing of motor carriers is functioning, while we work on correcting an outbound processing issue, which we expect to have corrected shortly.
